01
We start with a free 30-minute call.
No pitch, no deck, no agenda on my end except understanding your operation. You tell me what's actually going on — what's costing you time, what you can't see clearly, what's keeping you up. I ask questions. That's it. The call is free, and there's no pressure to go further if it doesn't feel right.
02
I come back with a specific proposal.
After the call, I put together a proposal for what I'd actually build — one specific tool, scoped to your problem, built on data you already have. Not a generic recommendation. Something I could describe to you in plain English in one paragraph. We go through it together, and I don't move forward until we both agree it solves the right problem.
03
I build it. You use it. We refine it together.
You share what you already have — a POS export, a schedule, payroll totals. I don't need new software or a clean system. Within about a week you have something working. A daily report, a simple dashboard, an alert. If it doesn't fit how you actually run your day, we fix it until it does.
04
The tool is yours. No ongoing dependency on me.
At the end of two weeks I walk you through everything and leave 30 days of support open for questions or adjustments. After that, the tool runs on its own. No subscription, no maintenance contract. If you want to tackle a second problem down the road, we can talk about it then.
What it costs
$1,500 for the full 2-week sprint. The first call is always free.
That covers everything: the proposal, the build, one round of refinement, the handoff, and 30 days of follow-up. If you want to continue with a second workflow or a monthly check-in after that, we can talk about it then. Nothing is assumed.

Ready to start?

Tell me what's actually costing you.

You don't need a solution in mind. You don't need to know what's possible. Just describe the problem in your own words and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.

I read every one of these. You'll hear back from me directly.
