The Holloway Cases does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device.
We do not collect any data. Specifically:
Your puzzle progress (solved cases) is saved using standard on-device storage. Your saved progress may be included in your device's iCloud backup if you have enabled that feature — this is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by us.
We retain nothing. Because we collect no data, there is nothing for us to store, process, or delete.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions.
The Holloway Cases does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks.
The app does not collect any data from any user, including children. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the app and tap Restore Purchases in the Pack Store. Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically.
